15 Years of Legacy

It was about 15 years ago that Dream Developments took a small step forward in the business of developing basements for homeowners in Calgary. We anticipated the need of the people to have more usable space in their homes and offered them our expertise in this domain. Thanks to the trust posed in us by our clients, we have grown over all these years to venture into the complete development of basements and garages.

The Journey

The journey begins 15 years back, in 2006, anticipating people's need to use their unused or under-used basement spaces.

1st Basement Building Project

First project of basement development received from a client in Calgary. Space to be developed was 500 sq feet.

1st Home Renovation Project

First full home renovation project was finalized on reference from an existing client and after completing about 10 basement development projects in Calgary.

1st Garage Renovation Project

After 2 years, received the first Garage renovation project for parking of 2 cars. It was challenging to use space efficiently and purposefully.

1st Home Building Project in Calgary

Received the first complete home construction project from a client in Calgary. This was our next milestone to develop a land area into a full-fledge modern home.

1st Home Building Project in Edmonton

Got the first contract for building a home in Edmonton. This put us on an expansion path to a new city with prospects of gaining more clients.
